4. Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals
The approved methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on ace 44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Deposit rules:
- The mobile number or bank account used when depositing must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal rules:

Welcome Bonus:
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — and before this bonus can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.
Weekly Reload Bonus:
The weekly ace 44 Reload Festival offers a 30% deposit bonus once per week, up to ৳5,000 — wagering requirement 20x, minimum deposit ৳300. Example: a ৳2,000 deposit earns a ৳600 bonus, and bets totalling ৳600 × 20 = ৳12,000 must be placed before withdrawal.
General bonus terms:
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same account.
- ace 44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If fraud or abuse of a bonus is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
- Bonuses may only apply to games or sections designated by ace 44.
The ace 44 Slot Adventure bonus offers a 50% deposit bonus on slot games once per day, up to ৳8,000 — wagering requirement 25x, minimum deposit ৳300. 7. Betting and Gaming Rules
ace 44 offers sports betting, slots, live casino, and many other types of games. Specific rules apply to each game category and betting market, and these are stated on the relevant game or section page.
Sports Betting:
- All bets are accepted at the stated odds and settled after the result is published.
- In a multi bet, a full win is counted only if all selections are correct.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled, the decision of ace 44 is final.
- Bets recorded due to suspicious circumstances or technical errors will be considered void.
Casino Games:
- The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. VIP Program
The ace 44 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback on net losses for the week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback on net losses for the week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback on net losses for the week.
Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total bets for the week — that is, a percentage of net losses is returned. Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. ace 44 reserves the full right to determine and review VIP tier assignments.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace 44 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
- Using fraudulent payment methods or fake identity documents.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to disrupt the security or functionality of the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Operating or allowing a third party to operate an account on your behalf, including with funds.
If any such activity is identified, ace 44 may suspend or close the account and forfeit all associated funds. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.
10. Account Closure and Suspension
ace 44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- Any breach of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification.
- Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
- Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
If a user wishes to close their own account, they can inform the ace 44 support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Please complete any pending withdrawals before voluntarily closing your account. 11. Limitation of Liability
The ace 44 platform is operated on an "as is" basis. ace 44 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
